Martial arts training for coach Paul Puleo wasn't just a necessity, it was a lifestyle for him. Starting at the age of 5, Paul began his time as first a dedicated student and competitor competing in numerous competitions. From competing in karate, kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu, and MMA; he has collected numerous accomplishments and awards. With his experience, he plans to now utilize it to teach everyone who wants to learn, and become the best version of themselves!
